How to order an EPC certificate

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is carried out by one of our qualified Energy Assesors with full accreditations from ECMK.

Within 48 hours of the property survey, the ceritificate will be sent to your requested Solicitor. A copy of the certificate will also be emailed to the Client upon request.

What is an EPC certificate?

The EPC survey will detail the Property's energy consumption. and consequential costs due to energy usage. We add value by giving recommendations on how to reduce energy consumption thereafter.

The rating scale begins from A (most efficient) to G (most inefficient). The certificate will require renewal every 10 years.
